To guarantee stability and durability of truck suspension and other commercial vehicle suspensions, Huayu Leaf Spring releases its standardized stiffness test workflow. By continuously and evenly loading the leaf spring to a target load and then instantly and evenly unloading to zero, we capture force–displacement data in both loading and unloading processes to quickly and accurately determine spring rate (stiffness) and consistency for OEM and aftermarket customers.

2.Continuous uniform loading to the specified load/deflection with real-time data acquisition.

3.Instant uniform unloading to zero to obtain the return curve and compare loading/unloading stiffness and hysteresis.
